Healy Hockey is thrilled to launch the "Train Like a Pro" Summer Hockey Program! 

This all-in-one program offers players a unique opportunity to combine Strength & Conditioning with On-Ice Skills training - all held in one location at St. Michael's College School

Who is it for? 

Elite level AAA and AA players who are serious about their development and ready to train like professionals this summer.

This program is tailored for dedicated, motivated athletes who are committed to making real progress during the offseason - preparing to hit training camp in peak form and ready for the season ahead. 

​

We'll be working with two groups, each capped at 20 players per week:

  • Group 1: U15 - Birth years 2011 & 2012

  • Group 2: U18 - Birth years 2008/2009/2010

Program Structure

The Train Like a Pro Summer Hockey Program runs Monday through Thursday every week for six (6) weeks from Monday July 7 to Thursday August 15. Players can sign up for one week or all six.

 

Cost: $440/week 

​

Athletes learn the fundamentals of high-performance resistance training, stability and mobility while being taught about optimal nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery strategies by expert coaches. Includes Full Body Assessment and Daily Movement Evaluation. Each week we welcome two groups of players: ​

Group 1 - U15 (2011/2012):

  • Strength & Conditioning with Cameron Branch

    • 10:30 am to 12:00 pm 

  • On-Ice Skills Training with Healy Hockey​

    • 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm​

 

Group 2 - U18 (2008/2009/2010):

  • Strength & Conditioning with Cameron Branch

    • 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm​

  • On-Ice Skills Training with Healy Hockey​

    • 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm​

Mark Healy

On-Ice Skills Lead & Program Director

 

An alumnus of St. Michael’s College School, Mark has been a coach within the school’s hockey program at the U14, U16, and U18 levels. He will also serve as Assistant Coach for the U18 SMC Prep team in the upcoming season.

 

Mark’s team of instructors includes former NHL, professional, collegiate, and junior players who share a deep passion for the game and are committed to helping athletes reach their full potential.

Head of Strength & Conditioning at St. Michael's College School

 

Cameron combines academic excellence with elite athletic experience. Holding a Master of Science in Kinesiology and a background as a professional volleyball player in Europe, he brings years of multi-sport strength coaching experience.

 

Cameron's training approach is built on science, experience, and a passion for developing high-performance athlete

Bonus - Rotating Guest Instructors & Specialized Skills Coaches

Each week will feature rotating guest instructors and specialized skills coaches, giving players exposure to a wide range of perspective and elite training techniques.

We're all-in for working hard at the rink and in the gym but we also recognize our players need a proper day of rest and a chance to enjoy summer weekends.
