Meet Our Team
Mark Healy
Mark started playing hockey in midtown Toronto and is now the Director of Hockey Operations for the Leaside Hockey Association(LHA). In this role, Mark runs the Hockey School and ensures that weekly programming is in keeping with the Ontario Hockey Federation's Long-Term Player Development Pathway.
The foundation Mark gained from early instruction at Leaside Arena helped him progress to the highest levels of amateur hockey and gave him a passion for the game. Each week, Mark ensures that everyone on the ice is having fun AND developing the skills they need to succeed in hockey.
Mark has coached at the AA level for many years with the LHA and he is also the assistant coach of the St. Mike's College School Majors Varsity Hockey Team. At home, Mark and his wife Natalie have two sons, both of whom are crazy about hockey.

Michael "Morgy" Morgan
Michael grew up playing minor and Jr. A hockey in the Greater Toronto Area before wrapping up his career with four years at the University of Waterloo.
During his time at Waterloo, Michael studied kinesiology and became passionate about strength and conditioning and its ability to transfer to on-ice skill development. He shifted his focus from playing to coaching, with the primary goal of using his off-ice training experience to help players develop their on-ice skill sets and efficiencies in a fun and competitive manner.
Michael is currently the coach of the LHA U16AA team and operates as a private strength and conditioning/skill development contractor in the GTA.
Brian Lachcik
Brian Lachcik laced his first pair of skates at four years old - and since then - has rarely been seen without them. Throughout his high school playing career, Brian balanced academics with his passion for hockey, playing AAA hockey with the Toronto Red Wings, North York Rangers and Mississauga Rebels.
A recipient of the Mississauga Rebels Scholarship and Bobby Orr Entrance Scholarship, Brian translated his interest in athletics to his studies at York University's Kinesiology and Consecutive Education programs.
Brian has spent the past 15 years as a Head Instructor with one of the leading hockey development schools, All-Star Hockey School Inc., where he has been witness to the training and success of some of Toronto's breakout professional players. Now a seasoned coach, with over a decade of experience coaching in the GTHL, OMHA, and CISAA, Brian is proud to be fostering the development and growth of tomorrow's rising student-athletes at St. Michael's College School.
